*All the raw materials are to be purchased from qualified sub-contractors and acceptance inspection tests or validation inspections are to be conducted.

*Raw materials, articles being processed and products are to be labeled in order to guarantee their respective "traceability".

*Strict process control is to be implemented with process technological documents and operating instructions for guidance.

*Inspections of raw materials and intermediate raw materials are to be performed at the three levels, namely, the factory, workshop and process.

*Articles being processed, finished products and final products are to be inspected at the three levels, namely, the factory, workshop and process.

*Control points are to be set to control those key processes.

*The Quality Inspection & Testing Center affiliated to this company is responsible for the acceptance test of raw materials and final inspection of finished products.

*Strict control is to be implemented during transportation, storage, packing, protection and delivery of products so as to guarantee that the delivered products will not be degraded.
