Presale Service

Before purchasing, please carefully read the following notes and the introduction to the product interested.

1. We have many types of silica gel in different specifications and models. Please confirm that the product is really what you need.

2. Our products can be packed in many ways. Please confirm the packing method. The packing material and method may also influence your cost. Usually we can provide packing in iron drum, paper barrel or polyethylene woven bag (lined with double plastic film, 25kg or 500kg). The default packing for our quote is polyethylene woven bag. If you have special requirement, please make sure to let us know the detailed material and specifications.

If you can provide detailed information on the above mentioned items, it's easier for us to give you favorable price quote.

3. Clients with special requirements in product specification, model, packing method or quality specification please raise the issue and sign special contract with us, so that we can arrange production and delivery to your requirements.

For example, you can place special requirements on the range of particle size, weight loss on heating, adsorbence, pH, specific resistance, pore volume and pore diameter. However, the higher the requirement, the higher will be the price.

1) Range of particle sizes, for example: 0.5-1.5mm, 2-5mm, 4-8mm etc.. Please note that narrower range requires more steps of processing, and hence higher price.

Note: client can specify ranges other than those listed above.

2) Water content, such as: 1%, 1.5%, 2% or 3%

To get silica gel with lower water content, more energy will be consumed. Usually the water content is 2%. The lower the water content, the higher will be the price.

4. When you decide to purchase, please inform us your requirements on the following items so that we can give you an accurate and satisfying price.

1) model and specification; 2) quality specification; 3) amount of order; 4) packing method; 5) delivery time; 6) shipping location; 7) delivery method; 8) payment method

5. Please confirm your detailed requirements on the product, as excessively high requirements may lead to unnecessary loss.

Note:

After purchasing, please note the following:

1) Silica gel has extremely high adsorbence to organic gas. Please avoid placing them with articles that release odor.

3) Please avoid storing them in excessively damp environment.

4) Please handle with care to avoid breaking the composite bag and the damp proof plastic film.
